Cranberry Curry Glaze for Ham/Turkey
***In a pan add
1/4 cup butter 1/4 cup small diced onions 4 tsp. curry powder 2 TBL minced garlic ***Cook until onions are about half way done ***Add 2 TBL corn syrup left over cranberry sauce (1 can) ***cook until cranberry sauce is not jelled ***cover ham or turkey 20 minutes before done |
