Leftover Lasagna Recipe
1/2 Lb each Sausage and Ground Beef
***Brown in a pot ***Add 1 TB Dice fresh Garlic 1 cup Sliced Carrots 1 can diced Tomatoes 4 cups water ***Cook until carrots are all most cook ***Add any leftover Lasagna noodles diced 1 to 2 cups frozen Corn ***Taste for flavor and add as needed Chicken Base ***Add Leftover Lasagna Casserole diced ***Add water as needed (1 1/2 cups) ***Bring back to a boil ***Add 1 cup Sliced or diced Zucchini ***Turn off burner and let sit for 10 minutes ***Bowl up ***Top with fresh greated Cheese or Sour Cream |
