Persimmon Cheesecake
***Set out cream cheese for about 1 to 2 hour
3 8oz packs of Cream cheese ***Mix ***Add 6 eggs and blend well ***Add and blend in 1 can Sweetened condensed milk 3/4 cup sour cream 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ginger ***Add and blend 2 cups persimmon pulp *Crust 1 package graham crackers 1/3 to 1/2 cup brown sugar 3 TBL melted butter *Topping ***Mix 1 1/4 cup sour cream 3 TBL sugar 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. vanilla *Baking 325 degree oven for 1 hour ***Add topping and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer |
