Persimmon Pie
***Mix
1 cup persimmon pulp *** Add 1/2 cup sugar 2 eggs 2 TBP melted butter 1 tsp. lemon juice 2 cups half and half or heavy cream 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp cinnamon ***Pre heat oven at 425 degrees ***Fits a 1 inch pie pan ***Bake at 425 dergees for 10 minutes ***Turn oven to 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until pick come out clean ***Chill and enjoy with whip cream |
