Pumpkin Cake #28
**Whip
1/2 cup shortening or 1/2 cup apple sauce **Add 1 1/4 cup sugar **Blend until crumbly and add 2 eggs **Blend and add 1 cup pumpkin 3/4 cup milk 1/2 tsp. baking soda **blend and add 2 cups flour 3 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. each ginger and cloves 1 tps. each cinnamon and nutmeg **Mix on low then high **pour in a greased 9x13 pan **Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 - 40 minutes |
