Stuffed Peppers, Not My Mothers Recipe
***Cut and seed 4 peppers
***Steam 3 to 5 minutes, set aside 1 LB Ground beef ***Brown and drain ***Add 3/4 cup diced Onion 1 GOOD TBL Garlic 1 GOOD TBL Chili Powder 1 1/2 tsp Paprika 1 1/2 tsp Cumin ***Cook 2 minutes ***Add 1/2 can Tomatoe sauce 1 cup cooked Rice ***Cook 2 minutes add Fresh Cracked Pepper ***Stuff Peppers ***Top with Tomatoe sauce and cheese ***Bake in 350 degree oven 20 - 30 minutes |
