Turkey Chili with
Fire Rosted Peppers Recipe
***Fire roast 3 Peppers
***Clean, de-seed and dice. Set aside ***Brown 1 LB Ground Turkey, 1 to 2 TBL EVO ***Add 1 to 2 cups diced Onions 1 can Black Beans 2 cans Red Kidney Beans 1 can diced Tomatoes 5 to 6 cloves Garlic rough chop 2 to 3 TBL Tomatoe Paste 1 TBL each of Cumin and Paprika 2 to 3 TBL Chili Powder ***ADD diced fire roasted Peppers ***Stir and add 1 to 2 cups water ***cover and simmer 45 minutes ***Bowl and serve Enjoy! |
